Incorrect Size
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky. If you're experiencing any issues with your order, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team directly at support@alynnewear.com - we handle every case personally and will always do our best to find the right solution for you. Please include your order number when contacting us so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Product Questions & Feedback
At ALYNNE we are a small but passionate team working hard every day to improve our product and your experience. If you feel the product didn't meet your expectations, we genuinely want to hear from you. Please reach out to us at support@alynnewear.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours and work with you personally to find a resolution. We take every piece of feedback seriously - your experience directly shapes how we grow and improve as a brand.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo or short video at support@alynnewear.com. Once we receive your proof, you choose: a free replacement shipped to you, or a full refund. Whichever you prefer.
Delayed Deliveries
If your order has taken significantly longer than expected - 30 or more days - we'll proactively offer a 20% refund while your package continues its journey to you. You receive the refund and your order.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance items, promotional items, or gifts. All resolutions are handled directly through our support team on a case by case basis.

We stand behind our product. That is why we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee - exclusively for customers who purchased the ALYNNE 12-Day Posture Reset E-Book alongside their bra.
If after 30 days of wearing your ALYNNE bra and completing the full 12-Day Posture Reset program you notice no improvement in your posture, contact us at support@alynnewear.com and we will issue a full refund. No hassle.
To qualify: both the bra and e-book must appear on the same or linked order, and your request must be submitted within 35 days of delivery.
This guarantee covers posture improvement only and does not replace our standard refund conditions for damaged items, incorrect sizing, or delayed deliveries. The same Exceptions stated above apply for this Guarantee.

All requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. ALYNNE reserves the right to request supporting information for any claim.
