Processing Time

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Express orders are prioritised and shipped out the same day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Free Shipping

Order 2 or more items and shipping is on us — automatically applied at checkout.

Express Shipping

Select express shipping at checkout for same-day dispatch. Your order goes out immediately, ahead of all standard orders.

Delayed Deliveries

We understand that waiting is frustrating. If your order has been in transit for more than 30 days without arriving, we will issue a 20% refund as a goodwill gesture — and your package will still be on its way to you. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you have any questions about your shipment, reach out to us at support@alynnewear.com and we'll look into it for you. Do not forget to check your Emails during transit, as you will be receiving constant tracking updates from us! :)
